Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Australian Consumer Law)

At Boonah Bath & Co, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order.

Depending on the issue, we will offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A repair (where applicable)

  • A full or partial refund

We may request photo evidence of the fault before processing your claim.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect selection

  • Preference for a different scent

  • No longer wanting the product

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Return Conditions

Where a return is accepted:

  • Items must be returned in original condition where possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used bath and body products unless they are faulty.


Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Please allow reasonable time for funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
