A little bit more about Boonah Bath & Co

What started as a love for candles quickly became something much more meaningful.

We’re a small, family-run business based in the Scenic Rim and Gold Coast, handcrafting soy candles, bath bombs and diffusers with care, creativity and heart. As a mum who has always loved filling our home with beautiful scents, I wanted to create products that felt special — without the luxury price tag.

When the cost of living began to rise, the little things — like buying bath bombs for my children — became harder to justify. Instead of giving them up, I decided to learn how to make them myself. What began as a simple idea turned into a passion: creating affordable, high-quality products that families can enjoy without stretching their budget.

Every candle is hand-poured, every bath bomb carefully crafted, and every diffuser blended with intention. Our children are part of the journey, learning the value of hard work, creativity and community along the way.

Supporting our business means supporting a local family — and in turn, we proudly support other small businesses wherever we can.

Why the Name?

We chose the name Boonah Bath & Co because it represents the life we are building — a move to the Scenic Rim for a simpler, slower life in the country. A life where community matters, where small businesses support each other, and where our children can grow up immersed in connection and creativity.

The name reflects our desire to embrace country living, to be part of something meaningful, and to create products that bring warmth and comfort into other homes — just like we hope to build in our own.

We believe everyone deserves a little everyday luxury.

All of our candles, bath products and diffusers are handmade. As a result:

We make every effort to ensure descriptions and pricing are accurate, however errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary (with a full refund provided if payment has been taken).

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external postal services.

Boonah Bath & Co. is not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal carriers once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault. We will assess each case in accordance with your consumer rights.

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Never leave candles burning unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials.
Follow all care instructions provided with your purchase.
Diffusers can damage bench tops, keep away from flames

Boonah Bath & Co. is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

9. Limitation of Liability
